Head Coach and Program Director (Competitive Program)
Born and raised in Varna, Bulgaria. Toni started gymnastics training when she was 5 years old and began competing at age 8. By age 10, Toni became a Bulgarian Junior National Team member and began competing internationally. Toni received a Graduate degree in Sports Management and Gymnastics from the Bulgaria National Sports Academy. While still attending school, Toni started coaching at Cherno More (Black Sea) Gymnastics in Varna, her home club. During her 10 years at Cheerno More, Toni trained numerous National Champions in different levels.
Toni has been the co-program director and head coach of the West Coast Elite Gymnastics Competitive program since 2009.
Compulsory and Optional Coach
Kristine is a Southern California native. She started gymnastics at the age of nine. She quickly fell in love with the sport and started competing the following year. By age 13, Kristine qualified to the Elite level in gymnastics and the following year became a member of the U.S. Junior National Team. The highlights of her career were her international competitions in Cuba and France, as well as the Olympic Sports Festival and numerous national meets.
Kristine now enjoys coaching and sharing her passion for the sport with others. She has been a coaching at WCEG and has been a USA Gymnastics Professional Member for 8 years.
